Great place right from their front desk staff. Elizabeth is amazing, she helped us at a time we were at a very low point. Then we met Dale, OMG what a G-s send. He actually listened to what we said then treated us (there is 2 of us) instead of just giving us the same meds we’d had, he researched and tried new things. We feel like once in this town we found someone who is helping us. If you’re in pain, you need to meet these people who actually care about you. They are fantastic, friendly amazing people.

Today was my second visit to this facility. From day one the staff makes you feel welcomed. Very professional and the office is very clean. I met Dr. Andrew Gephardt. He actually listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I do recommend this office for all of your pain care concerns.

Andrew Gephart has taken the time to treat me as a human and not a number. In addition, I feel he truly cares and wants to see me get better so I can return to my life with my children with the best outcome I can have. In addition, the front staff have been very kind to my entire family. It’s scary moving to a new area, especially when you have anxiety pertaining to the medical field, so I am very grateful to be treated like a person and not a number and also not feel judged for being nervous about complications from surgery.
