Andrew Gephart has taken the time to treat me as a human and not a number. In addition, I feel he truly cares and wants to see me get better so I can return to my life with my children with the best outcome I can have. In addition, the front staff have been very kind to my entire family. It’s scary moving to a new area, especially when you have anxiety pertaining to the medical field, so I am very grateful to be treated like a person and not a number and also not feel judged for being nervous about complications from surgery.

First, I want to let you know that I have noticed the improvement already and I had no complications after my procedure on August 10th. I could not move to Virginia without expressing my sincere gratitude for the procedures that you performed on my back. I am impressed with how I was treated as an individual rather than just another patient. You are an exception to the average medical provider today. I also want to say how pleasant it was to deal with everyone I came in contact with at the practice. Every single person was more than helpful and acted as if I was an important person needing care.

The staff and doctors here are incredible. Truly. They listen to you, are quick to respond to your questions and phone calls. Will do all that they can to get you referrals and they take your pain seriously. I will never find another pain management as wonderful as they are!

I have referred several friends to Dr. Gephardt and they all rave about how great he is. He is one of the most personable and caring Doctors I know. The office staff is excellent and the Manager Jill is the best! I highly recommend them.
