Dr. Stephen A. Gephardt, MD

is an Anesthesiologist and Fellowship-Trained Interventional Pain Specialist. After practicing Anesthesia in Las Vegas for over 35 years primarily working with Orthopedic Spine and Pain Specialists, he decided to pursue a fellowship in Pain Management.

He is passionate about providing care for those in a manner in which he would want his family treated, making himself available for his patients on a personal level. He has been trained to treat the most complex pain cases in a comprehensive, integrative and holistic approach, offering alternative medicine therapies and the most innovative minimally-invasive procedures.

Dr. Gephardt is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his fellowship training in Scottsdale, Arizona at Arizona Pain Specialists. He is on staff at several Las Vegas Valley hospitals, and is licensed in both Nevada and Arizona. Dr. Gephardt has served as the head of Trauma Anesthesia at UMC Trauma Center from 1998 – 2003. He also co-founded PBS Anesthesia in 1995.

Dr. Gephardt is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf in his free time. His number one priority in life is spending time with his family including his wife, Tammy, six children and nine grandchildren.
